COVID-19
As our centers reopen, we have addressed all of the main features of a safe working environment: proximity to people; exposure to common surfaces and exposure to airborne hazards. We welcome the opportunity to demonstrate to you the investment and procedures we have implemented to keep everyone well. OUR WORKSPACES
From the beginning, all of our work positions have been designed with security and privacy as a priority. Even our entry level SOLO Offices are fully enclosed with separate airflow/return in each unit.
We only offer a limited number of shared space desks and all have been measured at a minimum of six feet. Separation screens are also available for line of sight positions.
Prior to our reopening, the phones and surfaces of each unit have been professionally sanitized and air filters replaced or upgraded. We also have a full-time staff position assigned to frequently and regularly sanitizing touch points throughout the day.
OUR MEETING ROOMS
All meeting rooms have two common exposures: surface and airborne in a more confined space. We have addressed both.
Our open meeting rooms have a hospital grade ultraviolet air cleaning system running continuously in the background, providing the only proven-effective method of clearing air of pathogens. After each use, we automatically sanitize each touch surface, table, chair arms, remote, switches, etc. and seal the room.
OUR BUILDINGS
We have been working with our building owners to create a touchless and socially distant environment to the extent possible.
Sanitizer stations appear near entry or touch points. Restrooms have been or are being converted to touchless fixtures and doors.
Walking to our lower floors is now available through open or automatic stairwell doors. Where elevators are necessary, we are working to develop a single or minimal loading pattern.
All centers have had air circulation filters recently replaced and upgraded to higher filtration factors.
OUR TEAM
All building and center staff are well aware of their obligation to control the social interactions and frequently sanitize the touch surfaces. Unlike most buildings, our staff does sanitizing throughout the day rather than waiting for night janitorial services.
Our goal is to minimize exposure for our clients and visitors. All team members are required to wear masks in accordance with local regulations. We retrieve and deliver all mail and packages for you and position them based on your particular requirements.
