It all started in 1988…

Symphony Workplaces has been continuously in business and providing services to our Clients for over 30 years. We are early pioneers in the flexible workspace market and created many of the design features which are in wide use today. Since our founding, we have kept to a strict set of standards which apply to everything that we do.

OUR LOCATIONS…

We have carefully selected each of our locations to be simply the best in the local market. We consider only Class A buildings with stable ownership. We design each center from scratch or the ground up to fit our business model and client profile. We meticulously build each with only upgrade finishes, custom furnishings, and install advanced communications. Our design goals are low ambient noise; maximize natural light; Client privacy and security.

We believe the center image and profile belongs to each Client regardless of size. We don’t put our name on the building or at the entrance and don’t promote ourselves with brochures displayed on each counter top. Our Clients can bring their most valued prospects into the center without worrying about reminders that the workplace is not their own.

OUR TEAM…

We think of ourselves as a service business way beyond just office space. All of our centers are staffed with a team dedicated exclusively to serving our Clients. We don’t outsource or offshore vital functions such as call answering or billing, and answer all inquiries and questions directly.

All of them. We don’t franchise or use third party management companies. We don’t look to expand everywhere. Our Leadership Team and decision making is only a quick call away. We stay at a level where we can insure the best and most responsive service.
